FAQ

Why can't we create one for them?

  1. Data ownership is crucial, we want them to own their data.

  2. Facebook limit Business Manager creation to two per user, this means if we do it for two client, we will not be able to create any more in the future.

The client doesn't know if they have or not a Business Manager

In this scenario there are two things the client can do to check if they have created a Business Manager previously.

  1. Ask the client to to login to business.facebook.com, if they are prompt to create a new Business Manager, it means they don't have one*

  2. Ask the client to check if their Facebook page is owned by a Business Manager by following these instructions:

    1. Go to your Facebook Business Page and click Settings.

    2. Click Page roles in the side menu.

    3. Check for the presence of a Business Manager under Page owner

    4. If present, copy the ID as per the image below
